UPDATE-Outstanding customer service from Valerie! We had an issue with receiving emails from our insurance provider and Valerie reached out to them and was able to resolve the issue in 5 minutes. Can’t thank her enough. ORIGINAL POST-I was so happy to find Valerie at Harbor Star Insurance. We are new to the area so I read a lot of reviews online trying to find a new agent.
